Every Clayfully Made order is carefully packaged by hand before being sent on its way to you.

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be carefully packaged and dispatched.

 

Personalised items

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handmade, personalised and dispatched. As these pieces are made especially for you, they may take a little longer.

 

Delivery

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days. Please remember that the delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched — processing times are separate from Royal Mail’s delivery time. During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, processing and delivery may take a little longer. If your order contains both ready-made and personalised items, your order will usually be dispatched once all items are ready.
